WARRANTY INFORMATION

The Verilux Warranty is intended to cover defective products. We warrant our products to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 1 to 3 years from the date of the original purchase. Please see the product page or your product manual for the specific length of your product’s warranty. 

For any product within its warranty period, a replacement product will be sent out in a timely manner. 

You may also register your Verilux product to receive premium benefits, including an extended product warranty of 1 additional year! To take advantage of this and other benefits, fill out our Product Registration form. It only takes a few minutes.

WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS

Our warranty excludes bulbs and replacement parts. However, all bulbs and replacement parts have a 60-Day 100% Happiness Guarantee.

RETURNS

Our products are backed by our 60 day money back guarantee. If you have purchased a Verilux product or accessory from verilux.com within the last 60 days and would like to return it, simply contact our customer support team to receive a full refund of your purchase price, less shipping and handling costs. Returned items must be in new, unused condition, and shipped back in their original packaging. The customer is responsible for the return shipping fees. Refunds are usually processed within 5 to 7 business days.
