We warrant our products to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of one to three years from the date of the original purchase from us or an authorized reseller. See product page or product manual for the specific length of your warranty.
If you need to submit a warranty claim, we cover the shipping for products in the contiguous U.S.* There's nothing more annoying than having a product stop working and then having to pay for shipping on top of that. We won't put you through the wringer to get your product replaced. Period.
We also promise we'll handle your warranty claim as quickly as possible. We know how important our products are to our customers' lives, and we take that responsibility very seriously.
Please note that this warranty excludes bulbs or parts. All bulbs and parts have a 30-Day 100% Happiness Guarantee.
*We process all warranty claims within the U.S. and Canada. However, shipments coming from Canada, Hawaii, Alaska & Puerto Rico do not go through our primary shipping carrier, so we are unable to send a return label. Once you get the product back to us, we'll process the claim from there.
This warranty does not cover damage, defect or failure caused by or resulting from accident, external destruction, alteration, modification, abuse, misuse, or misapplication of our products.
The warranty does not include shipping insurance. If you would like to insure your product, you will need to take care of getting the item back to us and the insurance.
The warranty does not apply to your product under any of the following conditions:
• Your product has been modified in any way
• Your receipt or proof-of-purchase is from a non-authorized dealer or internet auction site including eBay, uBid, or other non-authorized resellers
• You are not the original purchaser of the product from an authorized retailer, dealer or reseller or did not receive it as a gift from the original purchaser of the product from an authorized retailer, dealer or reseller
•The serial number has been removed or modified
We offer a 100% Happiness Guarantee and stand behind our products with the We've Got Your Back Warranty. However, purchasing our products from an unauthorized reseller voids the warranty as we can only guarantee quality assurance standards are practiced with authorized resellers.
It is important to note that not all products represented for sale online are from authorized resellers. Certain unauthorized resellers misrepresent products as new or in working order when they are not. Some are not actually manufactured by us. As such, we are unable to warranty or otherwise support these items.

If you have purchased a product via this website (www.verilux.com) or over the phone with our Customer Happiness Team, your product is automatically registered for its warranty. If you purchased your product through an authorized reseller, then you will need a proof of purchase or to activate the warranty within 90 days of purchase. After activating the warranty, feel free to toss your receipt.
