WARRANTY & RETURNS
At Verilux, we stand behind our products with industry-leading warranties and accessible customer service.
The Verilux Warranty is intended to cover defective products. We warrant our products to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 1 to 3 years from the date of the original purchase. Please see the product page or your product manual for the specific length of your product’s warranty.
For any product within its warranty period, a replacement product will be sent out in a timely manner.
You may also register your Verilux product to receive premium benefits, including an extended product warranty of 1 additional year! To take advantage of this and other benefits, fill out our Product Registration form. It only takes a few minutes.
Our warranty excludes bulbs and replacement parts. However, all bulbs and replacement parts have a 60-Day 100% Happiness Guarantee.
We will gladly accept the return of products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship for 60 days from the date of purchase. Fulfillment mistakes that we make resulting in the shipment of incorrect product to you will also be accepted for return 60 days from the date of purchase.
