30-Day Risk Free Return Policy- If for any reason your Verilux product fails to meet your expectation, we will refund 100% of your purchase price including taxes and standard shipping.

Free-Return Shipping- Simply submit a return authorization request via our online customer service form to receive a pre-paid label, or call Customer Service at 1-888-544-4865. This offer is not valid outside of the continental US or for items originally shipped to a PO Box.

Returns must be received in the orginal packaging and in the original condition it was delivered to you.

Returns over 30-days from the date of delivery are not accepted. Please contact Customer Service with any questions or concerns.

Exhanges will be processed within our our return policy guidelines and as a separate transaction. Please attach the Return Authorization Number- RMA- to the outside of the package.

Products must have been purchased directly from Verilux. Credits or exhanges through one of our valued resellers must be initiated through the company where the sale originated.

Items ordered through Verilux and received damaged or defective will be replaced at no cost to you. Please contact Customer Service for resolution via our online customer service form or by phone at 1-888-544-4865.
