Using the same UV sanitizing technology that’s been used for over 30 years in hospitals, food processing facilities and water treatment plants, CleanWave’s germ reducing light can penetrate a micro-organism’s cell membrane damaging the DNA, preventing growth and killing the organism.

The CleanWave is laboratory tested on hard surfaces to eliminate up to 99% of Methicillin Resistant Staphylococcus Aureus (MRSA) and Influenza A/Swine Flu/Iowa Swine Flu (H1N1). It also combats certain molds and allergens without chemicals or liquids.**

†Based on exposure of UV-C light to bed bug eggs, viruses and bacteria in the laboratory under controlled conditions. May be less effective when used on pile carpets and certain fabric surfaces. UV-C effectiveness depends on direct exposure duration and intensity and must shine on organism to be effective. Recommended as part of a total bed bug solution.
